Conor McGregor has been slammed for a 'racist' Tweet directed at a UFC rival featuring a photo of the fighter's wife wearing an Islamic veil on their wedding day.
McGregor published a photo of Habib's wedding showing His wife covering her whole face with a comment 'Your wife's a towel mate' , before he deletes it later.

McGregor tweet A storm of criticism that described a martial arts athlete as "racist," and that he "criticizes people's customs, traditions and religions."
The British newspaper "Sun ", which published the photograph, quoted a number of comments that attacked McGregor, one of which belonged to an Irish user who indicated, "as an Irish, it is imperative to defend MacGregor, but what he has published only reflects a person who does not represent the true face of our country."
