A Dutch doctor died in 2017, his semen was used to fertilize dozens of patients who had been brought in because of reproductive problems in Rotterdam.
According to the British newspaper "Daily Mail" , the doctor was deceiving patients, because he was supposed to use a sperm donor donated by other men, and because of this circumvention, became the father of 49 children.

Children's Defense, an association that speaks on behalf of victims from parents, mothers and children, says DNA tests have revealed that 49 children are already from the dr jan karbaat.
The doctor's clinic is closed at the moment, and the results were announced on Saturday, and some sources speculate that the number of real children is much higher.
The case has become a controversial issue in the tiny European country after a court ruled in February that DNA tests should be conducted by potential victims in order to be sure of the doctor's action.
Before his death at the age of 89, Karbat admitted that he had vaccinated 60 women through his semen in his clinic, which was closed in 2009 after authorities found several irregularities.
The "follies" of the doctor did not stop at this point, but sometimes he mixed the sperm of more than one man to fertilize once, and in other violations, he visited the identity of the person who donated sperm.
