Oil prices rose sharply, on Tuesday, after a terrorist attack on two oil pumping stations belonging to Saudi Aramco in Riyadh.

The speaker of the of the Saudi Arabia Kingdom had announced, on Tuesday, About Targeting Aramco's two oil pumping stations In governorates, Dawadmi and Afif in Riyadh, in a "terrorist attack".

Two pumping stations for the East-West pipeline, which carries Saudi oil from, oil fields in the eastern region to the port of Yanbu on the west coast, were attacked by drone-borne improvised explosive devices, Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Minister Khalid Al-Falih said.

Adding, "Saudi Aramco has stopped pumping in the pipeline, where damage is being assessed."

For its part, Saudi Aramco confirmed, that there were no casualties in this attack, pointing out that, the Supply of crude oil and gas to customers, "not affected."
