BMW has been making sweeping changes in style to enjoy a more distinctive view and presence.

New exterior design
The new design of the front and back section of the BMW 7-series New Salon gives it a unique look. In the foreground, the front grille has a wider space to fit the high headlights. As a result, it is now possible to distinguish a BMW 7-series car as one of the new BMW Group for luxury cars with a modern design that fits the BMW 8-series and BMW X7 models.
Adjustments have also been added on the back side: the rear lights have become fully standard and 3d and depend entirely on LED technology. And now there is a slim light bar with 6 millimeters under the chrome bar between the two taillights, this ribbon adds a wonderful touch of beauty in daylight or when the lamps are turned on at night. Special background light effects have also been added showing the condition of the vehicle if it is open or unlocked.
The BMW 7 Series will continue to be produced in two different versions in terms of chassis length, with the distance between the wheel axles increasing by 14 cm in the longer version. 80% of our customers prefer this version, which provides more space in the back of the car.
Interior modifications to the new model of BMW 7 included the exterior of the air conditioning control Panel and musical instruments, and the armrests became compact with doors. New forms of wood decoration are now available. For more acoustic comfort, rear tire arches have been reinforced to relieve noise from the sound of the wheel friction. Side windows have also been thicker for the same purpose.

The new model of the BMW 7 Series will start with a rechargeable hybrid system and a six-cylinder engine, the first time the BMW Group produces a Class 7 hybrid system, which will be produced in two different versions in terms of the length of the chassis:
First BMW 745e (fuel consumption rate 2.3 – 2.1 l/100 km, power consumption rate 15.6-15.1 kw Courier/100 km, carbon emission ratio 48 g/km).
The second is the structure of the longest BMW 745Le (fuel consumption rate of 2.3-2.2 liters/100 km, electric power consumption of 15.7-15.6 kw/100 km, carbon emission ratio of 53-50 g/km).
The car is equipped with an internal combustion engine with a linear capacity of 286 hp and an electric motor capable of 113 hp, and the total power of the system when the work of both engines integrates 394 horsepower. It is the first new vehicle to be supplied with a 4g battery. The new battery allows the car to drive up to 58 km by operating the drainage without carbon and without sound emissions. Modern batteries are also manufactured in Dingfeng City, just a few kilometers from the main factory.
Use digital control systems on the BMW 7 series production lines.
Used in the Dingolfing Factory when producing BMW 7 Series Advanced digital control systems and intelligent technologies and solutions. For example, the use of a smart wristwatch with a seismic alert system worn by the employee responsible for the installation of a part of the vehicle on the production line, and when any error occurs in the installation process, the watch alerts the employee directly and provides him with the necessary instructions to fix the error.
Special glasses are also used in the training of new technicians, where the trainee wears these glasses during the training process, and when wearing them a virtual assistant picture is reflected in the field of his vision to provide him with appropriate instructions and modus operandi. This technology (augmented reality technology) is used in training centers and helps to learn and master the assembly of some complex components easily and quickly. It also helps to find easier ways to get work done in collaboration between the production Planning department and the IT department
Digital control systems also help make the delivery of parts and components to production lines more accurate and effective. This process uses the newest generation of self-driving vehicles connecting the warehouse and the Assembly Hall. The next generation of these vehicles will be smarter and more effective as the vehicles will be able to prioritize delivery and be better able to avoid obstacles to them.
