WhatsApp is testing a new search feature that gives iPhone users a new option to view messages sent by a specific date.
According to a report published by "WABetainfo", the iOS messaging app may soon get a new "by date" search feature that allows users to search a message with a specific date.
The new feature allows users to filter search results by dates.
Currently, the WhatsApp application displays many results after typing a name or number in the custom search box within the application, for all operating systems.
According to the report, the new feature is currently under development, and its official launch is not yet known.
